Exploring Singapore – A walk along the riverside Part 2 (The greens……)

Every Saturday, I would accompany Charlene to her dancing class in Goodman Arts Centre. During the time when she was in her dance class, I would roam around the place and practise my photography.

A couple of weeks back, I was walking along the Geylang riverside and took some black and white pictures but last week, I was treated with views of greenery as I explored the other side of the park connector.

It was a cloudy and overcast midday, hence it wasn’t as warm or hot as it should be. I strolled along the park connector, crossing paths with strangers who were jogging, strolling or just resting along the riverside, enjoying the quietness and serenity of the place.

While Geylang River sits on the right side, the other side of the foot path seems to me like a small nature park or woods, where trees and branches live in their own world.

Prior to that day, I have never known that this place existed, and it has just proven to me that there are many places in Singapore that I could explore and take pictures.

Although I have only spent some 45 minutes to an hour along the path, I managed to take a snapshot of that small little place, which is not big, but quiet enough for people to rest and relax along the riverside.

I must say I like that place very much……
